What We Do
GRDA is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, 1986, or the corresponding provision of any future federal law. Such purposes include but are not limited to:
• Promote and support the all rounded development efforts of our hometown, Gorgora to attain self-reliance by providing financial, material and technical assistance
• Work in unison with governmental and private organizations working to the betterment of the livelihood of the town and its environs
• Actively seek investors who are interested to invest in economic and social sectors of the town and uplift the local economy
• Provide help for the elderly and the disabled basic daily needs and care to enhance their sense of worth and dignity
• Create early child education such as, pre-kindergarten and improve the quality of the education system by providing funds, materials and expertise to ensure that the children become productive members of society
• Provide funds for poor students with excellent academic achievements and see to it that others follow their footsteps
• Improve the lives of the young generation by providing specialized training designed to help them obtain employment, build their career, and eventually become self-reliant.
